In December 2013 the Israeli army issued a demolition order on the natural water springs of Mustafa Beni Odi’s farm in Tamoun. The farm, in which straw and flowers grow, is located in area A, between Atuf (area A) and Ras ar Ahmar (area C). The demolition order was issued despite Mustafa having all the papers proving his legal ownership of the land.

On January 12th 2014, the army came to fulfill the order. They cut the pipes that provide water for the crops and confiscated the tractor that the workers use to collect water from the spring.

The case was brought to court, but Mustafa had still not been informed of the verdict on 14th January.
