Mahmoud Abujoad Frarjah
Mahmoud Abujoad Frarjah

Mahmoud Abujoad Frarjah, the young and brave Palestinian suddenly abducted by Israeli Occupation Forces on September 9th 2015, returned to court on 1st March 2016 for yet another hearing. Mahmoud has been illegally detained by Israel in a prison in the Negev, a practice which is illegal according to the Geneva Convention, but is often used by Israel against Palestinian citizens. Mahmoud, a dedicated activist of Jordan Valley Solidarity, is from Dheisheh Refugee Camp in Bethlehem, a son to a large family of refugees.

At the hearing of 1st March 2016 Israel wanted to convict Mahmoud of a crime he did not commit and proposed a sentence of one year for something he did not do.  His case has now been remanded to March 22nd 2016.

Mahmoud is a strong man, with a strong and positive outlook on life, but his illegal and unjust detention is wearing him down and Sireen Khudairi who saw him briefly today said he looked tired.
We ask that all supporters of justice for Palestine stand in solidarity with Mahmoud Abujoad Frarjah and his young wife Sireen Khudairi. Free Mahmoud!
