The Israeli occupation forces stormed the village of Bardala on 18th April and confiscated a bulldozer belonging to Hassan Daraghmeh. They detained the driver for four hours in a clear attempt to disrupt his work and harass the local community. The bulldozer was working on the land of Falah Naji and his brothers, who have clear documentation of their ownership.

Once again the occupation is practicing a policy to prevent Palestinian farmers from accessing their land.

Rashid Khudairi of Jordan Valley solidarity witnessed this harassment and said:

“Today we are witnessing a policy aimed at depriving Palestinian farmers the right to access their own land and breaking the will of the residents. This is just one of many strategies they use in the Jordan Valley to stop Palestinians from farming their land and being economically independent.”
