On 13th January, 38 families in Fasayil al Fauqa and Fasayil al Wusta were informed by a lawyer and received a list of the demolition orders from the Palestinian Authority. Since 2011, 12 families from Fasayil al Fauqa presented the legal papers and documents that proved that they were the owners of that land. Despite this, two months ago, the Israeli Army started to carry out the demolition orders and destroyed three tents and one home in Fasayil al Fauqa and four tents and two homes in Fasayil al Wusta.
