After a second wave of destruction in the Palestinian village of Al Farisiya on the 5th of August, the support of friends was needed more than ever, to help people to find their personal belongings in the rubble and to show their resistance against the occupation.

On 14th August a group of 30 Palestinian and international volunteers came to Al Farisiya to show their support to the families who have lost their houses twice in less than 3 weeks.

They came from different countries and different organizations but all with the same goal:

  • to show their will to resist the occupation
  • to enable the Palestinian families to find their belongings under the rubble
  • to provide an international presence to deter the occupational army from harrassing the community further

Till the sun set the volunteers worked all together,  to give the communities of Al Farisiya the hope and strength to stay on their land.
