Today, the security guard of Maskiyot settlement came during the morning class to Ein Il Hilwe bedouin community.

He entered the community and talked to a Palestinian woman, asking questions about the new tent school. He was very aggressive and told her “You will see what we will do tomorrow …”

Ein Il Hilwe community is located in the Northern Jordan Valley and is surrounded by two big settlements, Maskiyot and Rotem. The Palestinian from this communtiy face constent aggressions from the settlers. Just Last month a large number of settlers came over to grab land from this community.

Two weeks ago the same security guard came over with two other settlers and one of them urinated in the bowl where a Palestinian woman was cleaning the wool of her sheep.

Few months ago the security guard also beat one of our Palestinian volunteers with his gun.

Ein Il Hilwe community faces a lot of this kind of harassment.

We are calling all of our friends and supporters to come to support them defending their school.

Yesterday international volunteers came over to build W.C. and a nice yard to give the children a chance to study in nice conditions.
